Phillip directs and maintains authority for all corporate finance, administrative and compliance functions within the organization. In addition, Phil oversees strategic planning, corporate governance, diversification initiatives and business development. Phillip served eight years in the United States Marine Corps, Reconnaissance and MARSOC Communities, and is a Combat Veteran of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. Phil continues to support his military community as the Founder and Volunteer Director of the Brothers In Arms Foundation, a volunteer operated 501c3 Non-Profit Organization dedicated to supporting wounded, ill, injured and fallen United States Special Operations Marines, Navy Corpsmen, and their families. Phillip’s other volunteer activities include serving as the Treasurer of the Florida Association of Security Companies (FASCO), a member based professional trade organization serving the interests and betterment of the private security industry in the State of Florida.
