Invictus is a Florida based provider of security and training services. Invictus, a Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, was founded by former United States Reconnaissance Marines who have carried military precision, focus, and discipline into the private sector.

Invictus is a Florida Department of Veterans Affairs approved security training academy, we recruit, hire and help employ a large number of U.S Military Veterans. Our security training academy affords us the opportunity to train and prepare security professionals in the Florida security industry.

Who’s in charge

Invictus employs highly trained security and instructor staff. Our management staff is comprised of former U.S Military Non-Commissioned Officers and Law Enforcement professionals. Our customized training programs exceed the State’s requirements and prepare our students with the skills to provide clients with top quality professional security services.Invictus incorporates core values of honor, courage and integrity into our daily business practices. President served six years with the United States Marine Corps, Force Reconnaissance Company, and is a Combat Veteran of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. After being Honorably discharged from the U.S. Military, Patrick provided mobile security as a contractor with the Diplomatic State Security for the Road Map to Peace Mission in Israel. Additionally, he was a site security supervisor as a contractor for the Coalition Provision Authority (CPA) facility, Iraq during the American-Iraq Government transition, providing security assessments, training and guard force readiness training. After working for the CPA, Patrick worked mobile security as a contractor in Israel and Iraq for a classified contract under the Department of Defense.

As President of Invictus, he oversees all consulting, business development, marketing and emerging market creation strategies for Invictus. Patrick was appointed for a 4-year term by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as a subject matter expert on the Private Investigative, Recovery and Security Advisory Council (PIRSAC). Additionally Patrick serves as a Vice Chairman of the ASIS Palm Beach Chapter 254. Patrick continues to support his military community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Wounded Warriors of South Florida.

Phillip directs and maintains authority for all financial, administrative and compliance functions within the organization. In addition, Phil reviews all service proposals and participates in strategic planning, corporate governance, diversification initiatives and business development. Phillip served eight years in the Marine Reconnaissance and Special Operations community and is a Combat Veteran of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.

As co-founder of Invictus, Phillip manages Invictus private security and logistical support service contracts. Phillip serves his community through his support of local charities and is the Director of the Brothers in Arms Foundation, a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization helping family members of wounded and fallen United States Marines.[/person]

Vito served eight years as a U.S Army Special Forces Medic. Vito was honorably discharged from the United States Army in 2005 and has worked as a security provider for The Department of Defense, The Department of State Security and The Coalition Provision Authority (CPA) in various locations throughout the Middle East.

As the Director of Operations for Invictus, Vito oversees the daily management and field operations for all of its operations. Modeling Invictus’ standards of excellence, Mr. Arciniega serves as a mentor, motivating managers and supervisors and ensuring that operational goals are met. Vito develops new programs and initiatives that allow Invictus to fulfill its mission. Vito, while at another firm was the Deputy Program Manager for a large scale protective services detail in Afghanistan.[/person]
