Instructors Cadre

Patrick Miller, President, is a former Force Reconnaissance Marine and a Veteran of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. Patrick also worked as a security provider for The Department of Defense, The Department of State Security and The Coalition Provision Authority (CPA) in various locations throughout Iraq and the Middle East. Patrick is a certified NRA Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor, as well as a State of Florida Licensed Security and Firearms Instructor. Mr. Miller is a recognized leader within the industry.

Phillip Noblin, Vice President, served eight years as a Force Reconnaissance Marine. Completing several deployments in support of Operations Iraqi/Enduring Freedom. Phillip also served as the Chief Instructor of The Marine Corps Explosive Entry Program at The Marine Special Operations School where he developed and directed training and oversight of deployment training objectives for Special Operations Marines’. Phillip also served as a Team Instructor for the “Direct Action, Surveillance Reconnaissance” (DASR) Course, at the Marine Special Operations School. Phillip is a Licensed Security Officer Instructor as well as a State of Florida Licensed Firearms Instructor. Mr. Noblin has trained hundreds of U.S Military, Law Enforcement and Security personnel.

Perry Silverlake, Director of Operations, served 4 years as a Force Reconnaissance Marine. Mr. Silverlake was a U.S Government security contractor in Iraq, where he performed low and high profile close protection for The Deputy Undersecretary of Defense and The Task Force for Business and Stability Operations in Iraq. Silverlake is also a veteran of The Los Angeles Police Department. Mr. Silverlake oversees threat, and vulnerability assessments; maintains direction of company-wide training programs, regulations, and development of standard operating procedures.

Michael Rosati, Director of Training, served 8 years as a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps with Security Forces and Force Reconnaissance Company and is a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Michael is a certified NRA Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor, State of Florida Licensed Firearms and Security Instructor. Michael is a certified EMT and an American Red Cross First Aid, CPR and AED Instructor. Michael is a 3rd Degree Black Belt and a Instructor of the Shorin Ryu Karate Jitsu.

Victor Sakalauskas, Chief Instructor, is a Veteran of The United States Marine Corps. Mr. Sakalauskas is a certified NRA Law Enforcement Handgun Instructor and is also a certified ASP expandable baton, tactical handcuff, OC Spray, defensive edged weapons, American Red Cross First Aid, CPR and AED Instructor. In addition, Victor is the developer and Chief Instructor of the Invictus Security Officer Street Survival Program. Mr. Sakalauskas’ experiences and training bring an unprecedented perspective on the use of force and self-defense instruction. Mr. Sakalauskas is a 1st Degree Black Belt in HaganaH..
