Patrick Miller, President.

Patrick oversees all consulting, business development, marketing and emerging market creation strategies for Invictus. Patrick served six years with the United States Marine Corps Force Reconnaissance Company, and is a Combat Veteran of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. After being honorably discharged from the U.S. Military, Patrick provided mobile security as a contractor with the Diplomatic State Security, Coalition Provision Authority and the Department of Defense in Iraq and Israel.

Patrick currently serves as a subject matter expert on the Private Investigative, Recovery and Security Advisory Council to the State of Florida. Additionally Patrick serves as a Vice Chairman of the ASIS Palm Beach Chapter 254. Patrick continues to support his military community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Wounded Warriors of South Florida.

Phillip Noblin, Vice President.

Phillip directs and maintains authority for all financial, administrative and compliance functions within the organization. In addition, Phil reviews all service proposals and oversees strategic planning, corporate governance, diversification initiatives and business development. Phillip served eight years in the Special Operations Community of the United States Marine Corps, and is a Combat Veteran of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. Additionally, Phillip served as a Direct Action, Special Reconnaissance Instructor at the Marine Special Operations School. Phillip continues to support his military community as the Founder & Volunteer Director of the Brothers In Arms Foundation, a volunteer operated 501c3 Non-Profit Organization dedicated to supporting Fallen, wounded, ill and injured United States Special Operations Marines and Fleet Marine Force Navy Corpsmen and their families.

Vito Arciniega, Director of Operations.

Vito served eight years as a U.S. Army Special Forces Medic. Vito was honorably discharged from the United States Army in 2005 and has worked as a security provider for The Department of Defense, The Department of State Security and The Coalition Provision Authority (CPA) in various locations throughout the Middle East. As the Director of Operations for Invictus, Vito oversees the daily management and field operations for all of its operations. Modeling Invictus’ standards of excellence, Mr. Arciniega serves as a mentor, motivating managers and supervisors and ensuring that operational goals are met. Vito develops new programs and initiatives that allow Invictus to fulfill its mission. Vito, while at another firm was the Deputy Program Manager for a large-scale protective services detail in Afghanistan.

Dr. Joseph Finley CPP, Director of Training.

Dr. Finley was the Director of G4S North America Training Institute, which is part of G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. and supports G4S Secure Solutions USA and G4S Secure Solutions Canada. Dr. Finley is a retired Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and was in this capacity for over twenty-nine years. Since 1987, Dr. Finley was in the Special Operations Group of the FBI and while assigned to the New York Division. Dr. Finley is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and is the former Vice Chairman of ASIS Palm Beach Chapter.

Scott Steiman, Chief Training Instructor.

Scott oversees all aspects of the Palm Beach and Brevard County Invictus Security Training Academies. Scott served twenty-one years in the United States Army, eight of which were in Special Operations and is a Combat Veteran of Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Scott is responsible for the scheduling and managing of the academy’s training programs, including, but not limited to: the 40-Hour Security Officer Training Course, the 28-Hour Statewide Firearm License Course, the AHA/ARC CPR/First Aid/AED Course, Management of Aggressive Behavior Program, OC Spray Course, and the ASP Baton and Handcuff Training Course.
