Mr. Miller has spent 20 years as a security professional in the U.S. Military, Federal Government, and the private security sector. His experience includes both Stateside Security as well as High Threat International Security Operations.
Mr. Miller currently serves as the President of Invictus, a Florida-based security consulting and training company. Additionally, Mr. Miller served six years in the United States Marine Corps as a Force Reconnaissance Marine. He is a Combat Veteran serving in both Operations Enduring Freedom- Afghanistan and Iraqi Freedom-Iraq. Upon being Honorably Discharged from the Marine Corps, Mr. Miller became a private security contractor for Diplomatic State Security at the U.S. Consulate in Israel. As a private security contractor, Mr. Miller was a site security supervisor for the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) Compounds in Iraq during the American-Iraq Government transition. He also conducted a variety of security operations, security assessments, and guard force readiness training in support of the US Global War on Terror for the Department of Defense in the Middle East.
Mr. Miller was appointed to a 4-year term by the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. He is currently serving as a subject matter expert on the Private Investigative, Recovery and Security Advisory Council to the State of Florida, Division of Licensing. Mr. Miller also serves as a Vice Chairman of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) Palm Beach Chapter 254. He continues to support the military community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Wounded Veterans Relief Fund.
Phillip directs and maintains authority for all financial, administrative and compliance functions within the organization. In addition, Phil reviews all service proposals and oversees strategic planning, corporate governance, diversification initiatives and business development. Phillip served eight years in the Special Operations Community of the United States Marine Corps and is a Combat Veteran of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom. Additionally, Phillip served as a Direct Action, Special Reconnaissance Instructor at the Marine Special Operations School. Phillip continues to support his military community as the Founder & Volunteer Director of the Brothers In Arms Foundation, a volunteer-operated 501c3 Non-Profit Organization dedicated to supporting Fallen, wounded, ill and injured United States Special Operations Marines and Fleet Marine Force Navy Corpsmen and their families.
Dr. Finley was the Director of G4S North America Training Institute, which is part of G4S Secure Solutions (USA) Inc. and supports G4S Secure Solutions USA and G4S Secure Solutions Canada. Dr. Finley is a retired Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and was in this capacity for over twenty-nine years. Since 1987, Dr. Finley was in the Special Operations Group of the FBI and while assigned to the New York Division. Dr. Finley is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and is the former Vice Chairman of ASIS Palm Beach Chapter.
